Indulge in beautiful vineyard views as you enjoy a winemaker dinner from the outdoor “giving garden” at Hightower Cellars. Enjoy a four-course meal by Statement Catering, expertly paired with Red Mountain reds from Hightower Cellars and the small-batch beauties from Wautoma Springs.
Your hosts will be Tim and Kelly Hightower, owners and winemakers who believe “balance in wine – like balance in life – brings harmony.” With gentle winemaking techniques and a knack for blending, Tim and Kelly craft wines that are elegant and balanced.
Joining you will be Jessica Munnell, viticulturist-turned-winemaker of Wautoma Wines. She knows the soil. She knows the vines. And she knows how to make good wines and she will share them with you! She also shares her very limited free time with AWW as a board member.
These generous winemakers are leading the way in giving back to the industry, and you can too. Proceeds from this event benefit Washington State University Viticulture and Enology research and the Auction of Washington Wines Industry Grant program that provides funds for communities in need that support the wine industry.
You will be treated to an evening of carefully selected wines, delicious food, and the passion and dedication Tim, Kelly and Jessica bring to each bottle they will be pouring.
