  • The wine offers a captivating bouquet of red fruit, herbs de Provence, and floral tones, with subtle hints
    of coffee and vanilla. The aromas intermingle with a palate of raspberry, cranberry, boysenberry,
    blackberry, and pomegranate. With a subtle finish of refined oak and a harmonious acid-tannin balance,
    the sum of this wine is both elegant and concentrated, promising excellent aging potential.
  • WSU Viticulture and Enology students (Ayla, Alexandra, Sydney, Brittany,
    Alicia, Jared, Hector, & Elle) partnered with Pepper Bridge Winery to create this finely
    textured Cabernet Sauvignon. Using a blend of 85% Cabernet, 10% Cabernet France and 5% and aged in
    40% new oak, the wine presents with aromas of deep berry, black currant, raspberry, aromatic floral
  • 100% of the grapes are sourced from acclaimed Seven Hills Vineyard, profiled in Wine & Spirits
    Magazine, Fall 2004 as one of the ten great vineyards of the world. 50% of the grapes are from the old
    block, planted in the 1980s and 50% from the vineyard expansion of 1997. Produced in Pepper Bridge
    Winery’s gravity-flow facility, which was the first in Washington state in 2000
