This is our favorite way to celebrate spring! We've enlisted some old friends and recruited some new favorites to create one-night-only culinary experiences expertly paired with Washington wines.

Sawyer

Join winegrower and owner Chad Johnson of Dusted Valley as he combines forces with Chef Mitch Mayer of Sawyer, 2019 James Beard Semifinalist for "Best New Restaurant". Now celebrating its 15th year of winemaking focused on sustainable and minimalist practices, Dusted Valley’s Award-Winning wines bring old world structure to bright new world fruit. They are a perfect pair for the approachability of Sawyer's whimsical and comforting food.

Lark

EFESTE’s hand-crafted wines using minimalist techniques are the perfect blend with Lark’s small plates highlighting products featuring local farmers and producers. Glasses of wines and plates of seasonally-inspired foods will be shared at the table during this dinner celebrating the best of the Northwest.

Latta Wines
Rider

Latta Wines have been lauded as a “Washington gamechanger…altering the landscape of northwest wine”, so it’s fitting that they’ll be combining forces with Rider, the restaurant that celebrates the region’s most defining characteristics: the forest and the ocean. Small-lot wines will be paired with big flavors, some coming right from the open woodfired grill, to bring you a dinner you won’t soon forget.

Boutique winery owner Kevin Correll is on a mission to focus on terroir by producing 100% varietals. He combines fruit from some of the most renowned regions of Washington and ages them in the finest barrels from France.  With two partners so singularly focused on perfection, more than the views will take your breath away during this unique dining experience.

“Winemaker to watch” Kevin White is joined by 2019 James Beard “Best Chef in the Northwest” semifinalist Eric Donnelly, for an evening of Rhone-inspired wines joined by the lean meats and bold flavors from FlintCreek Cattle Co. Enjoy limited production hand-crafted wines and a menu sourced from small-scale farms, to see for yourself that great things truly do come in small (scaled) packages.
