Lacey Lybecker, along with husband Charlie, owns and operates Cairdeas Winery on the north shore of beautiful Lake Chelan, Washington. They founded Cairdeas in 2009 and have grown production of their Rhône Inspired Wines to 7,500 cases of wine annually.
Lacey grew up on a farm in Red Lake Falls, MN and was inspired by the agriculture side of the wine industry when visiting her first vineyard on a trip to Australia during her last two semesters of college. She moved to Seattle after graduating from the University of Minnesota, where she held marketing management roles in the fields of nonprofit, events, and hospitality… and discovered wine country in her new backyard.
She currently serves on the Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and as the Vice Chair and Marketing Committee Chair on the Washington Wine Commission Board of Directors. Lacey lives in the Lake Chelan Valley, in the town of Manson, with her husband, two sons (ages 10 and 8), two rescue dogs, two aquatic turtles, and a small flock of chickens.
