Behind Bionic Wines
with Christophe Baron

Step Inside Cayuse with a Private Estate Experience for Six, a Bionic Collection, and a Weekend Walla Walla Escape

Go behind the scenes of the wildly captivating world of the five world-renowned brands of Bionic Wines with an insider experience that’s equal parts adventure, artistry, and pure indulgence. Hosted by Vigneron Christophe Baron, this unforgettable journey for six invites you into the world of Cayuse, Horsepower Vineyards, No Girls, Hors Catégorie, and Champagne Christophe Baron. Meet the iconic draft horses behind Horsepower Vineyards, explore the unique, stone-covered terroir that defines the wines, and slip into the cellars where the real magic happens. Along the way, you’ll settle in at Le Pavillon, the estate cottage, for a beautifully crafted lunch and tasting, all brought to life with stories and charm from the visionary behind it all. The day culminates with a visit to the legendary Hors Catégorie Vineyard—an extraordinary site Wine Spectator has called an “American Jewel.” The weekend continues with a VIP lunch and two-night retreat at The Eleanor Inn at Caprio Cellars, a highly regarded generational winery known for its exceptional Bordeaux-inspired wines. Take your memories home with an envy-inducing ten bottle collection of rare 3-liter bottles from the Cayuse portfolio—because the best adventures deserve an encore.
